Planning is an important element in strengthening our region. We need to plan how communities develop, how infrastructure is built, and how we travel and carry goods safely throughout our communities.

Hiawatha Valley RC&D is working to establish a regional planning and development program to serve the 11 counties that make up southeastern Minnesota (region 10).
